Huge quake risks rise in Japan areas along Nankai trough

The probability of an earthquake measuring lower 6 or stronger on the Japanese seismic intensity scale of 7 within 30 years has risen in the Tokai central through Shikoku western Japan regions facing the Nankai Trough in the Pacific Ocean, a government report showed Friday. (Jiji Press)
